WARSHAUER AND VINCENT J. MELLUSI. MATTHEW J. WARSHAUER ESTABLISHED THE FIRM IN 1956. GARY AND VINNY BECAME PARTNERS IN 1990. MATTHEW RETIRED FROM PRACTICE IN 1998. ALL THREE PARTNERS HAVE SERVED THE ARCHITECTURAL PROFESSION AS
PRESIDENT OF THE WESTCHESTER / MID-HUDSON CHAPTER OF THE AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS AND DIRECTOR OF THE NEW YORK STATE ASSOCIATION OF ARCHITECTS. ALL THREE PARTNERS SERVED THEIR COMMUNITIES IN MANY CAPACITIES. GARY IS CURRENTLY THE
SUPERVISOR OF THE TOWN OF POUND RIDGE, A POSITION HE HAS HELD SINCE 1998.
OUR SERVICES include PROJECT CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT, PROGRAMMING, feasibility studies, site selection,
master planning, site planning, building design, interior design, guiding the approvals process, construction documents, overseeing the bidding and construction process through completion and post completion, post occupancy and warrantee
period follow ups. We design new buildings, convert existing buildings to new uses and design the rehabilitation, modernization, alterations and additions to existing buildings.
OUR CLIENTS INCLUDE MAJOR residential and commercial developers, corporate owners, investors,
homebuilders, community groups, federal, state and county agencies and local municipalities. Our long-term client relationships is our legacy.
